L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Supply Chain Program Manager in Alpharetta, Georgia, to lead supply-chain aspects of key development and growth programs. The role partners with Engineering, Program Management, Operations, and other functions to develop supply-chain strategy, manage proposals, costs, schedules, compliance, supplier relationships, supplier capacity, material flow, inventory, DFx, and long-term supply-chain risks. The position follows a 9-of-14-day schedule totaling 80 hours, with every other Friday off, and requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience under alternative education requirements.
