Mars is hiring a Lead Supply Planner for its Birstall site in West Yorkshire. The role owns the 0–2-week production planning horizon, optimises weekly schedules and production running orders using PDLS and Kinaxis, monitors tonnage and other performance metrics, and coordinates with production teams, material planners, system key users, outbound planners, and central capacity planning.
