Qvantel is hiring a Lead Support Engineer in Bangladesh to maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot critical telecom BSS and charging systems. The role covers Ericsson Charging, E-voucher, USSD Gateway, SLA-bound CDR and rating issues, incident and problem management, SOX controls, 3PP management, and project support. It requires a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering, 5–10 years of telecom charging systems experience, and expertise in TCP/IP, Diameter, CAMEL, Linux scripting, databases, and virtualization platforms.
