WPP Media is hiring a Lead Support Engineer to own production stability, observability, and system health for a mission-critical global campaign governance and compliance platform running on Google Cloud Platform. The role provides advanced L2+ and L3 support, investigates complex incidents, implements Python production fixes, leads root cause analysis, improves distributed-system reliability, automates runbooks, and provides technical leadership to the support squad. The position requires advanced technical education or equivalent experience, strong Python and GCP skills, Kubernetes and Terraform expertise, and experience leading or mentoring a technical team. It follows a hybrid model with teams in the office around four days per week and offers a US base salary range of $75,000 to $180,000.
