Description
The Lead Support Worker supports adults and older people with profound intellectual disabilities in Cluster 24’s day activity service and residential homes. Duties include supporting individual and group activities, creating a safe and calm environment, monitoring behavior and well-being, collaborating with colleagues and treatment professionals, and assisting with daily care. The role offers a permanent contract of at least 16–32 hours per week, with workdays and hours determined in consultation, and requires an MBO level 4 healthcare diploma and a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
