Description
The Lead Surgical Technologist serves as a technical expert, liaison, and preceptor for surgical technologists in the operating room at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. The role supports operating-room flow, equipment and supplies, specialty-service operations, aseptic technique, surgical preparation, and technical assistance during procedures for children and adults. Candidates need at least two years of specialty operating-room or related experience, surgical-technologist certification, BLS certification, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
