The role involves developing business-aligned features, improving PHPUnit test coverage, reviewing requirements, collaborating with product, design, and QA teams, participating in on-call rotations, mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and documenting architecture. Candidates must have at least five years of PHP experience, three years of Symfony experience, two years of PHPUnit testing experience, strong MongoDB and design-patterns knowledge, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
