Description
The Lead Power System Engineer will support GEV Power Conversion’s customer-facing projects from Chennai, developing and reviewing power-system solutions, preparing vendor and internal specifications, performing basic and detailed engineering for variable-speed drives, transformers, motors, switchgear, and cabling, conducting power-system design and studies, managing technical risks, and coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and other business teams. The role requires an electrical engineering degree, 10–12 years of power-system design and study experience, system-integration experience, knowledge of international and marine classification standards, and proficiency with MS Office; relocation assistance is provided.
