The employer is seeking an experienced Lead System Engineer for a large-scale, cross-departmental public-sector IT project. The role leads the planning, implementation, operation, architecture, integration, migration, security, and performance of complex system landscapes while serving as the technical link between architecture, development, and operations. It requires at least five years of experience as a PEGA Lead or Senior System Engineer, knowledge of server, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud, automation, scripting, and configuration technologies, and strong German communication skills. The position offers flexible remote work and the possibility of extending beyond 2025.
