Description
STR is hiring a Program Manager in the Boston area to support multiple space-mission programs covering system capabilities, testing, and demonstration locations. The role manages schedules and budgets, coordinates with principal investigators and functional teams, identifies risks, oversees subcontractors, leads proposal development, and connects programs to improve customer outcomes. Candidates need an active Secret or Top Secret security clearance, the ability to obtain and retain an SCI/SAP clearance, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and at least eight years of relevant government contracting or research and development experience, including experience managing Department of Defense projects.
