Description
The Lead Systems Administration Engineer is a hybrid, individual-contributor role supporting corporate Windows and Mac users, hardware diagnostics, connectivity, software, server and virtualization administration, and IT documentation. The position requires expert-level technology knowledge, independent problem-solving, training, and mentoring, with a four-year or advanced degree in a relevant field, 10 years of Windows and Active Directory systems administration experience, 10 years of IT hardware experience, 3+ years of Mac troubleshooting experience, and Epicor experience. The role is based in Warrenville, Illinois, with occasional travel to other Fuel Tech offices.
