Signode is hiring a Finance-Lead Systems Analyst to support and optimize business units that have already gone live on Dynamics, define change requests and optimization projects, lead requirements and solution design, manage testing and deployment, and provide ongoing ERP and CRM support. The role requires at least 10 years of information technology experience, including 8 years supporting or implementing business systems, plus 3 years of ERP experience and 5 full-life-cycle ERP migration projects. It is an office-based position requiring five days per week in the office, with up to 40% travel and occasional weekend work. The annual salary is $105,000–$125,000 plus a 10% bonus target, and the company does not sponsor employment-based visas.
