Description
RISS is hiring a Lead Systems and Data Architect to define and govern the end-to-end architecture of its data platform and user interface layer. The role oversees secure data ingestion, processing, delivery, APIs, storage, metadata, observability, and cybersecurity compliance across internal teams and subcontractors, while enforcing architectural standards and supporting mission-ready throughput and latency targets. The position requires at least five years of experience designing distributed data and application architectures, including heterogeneous system integration and high-security environments.
