Description
Dyson is hiring a Lead Systems Engineer for its Product Technical Systems team in China, based at the Shenzhen office. The role serves as the primary contact for systems engineering between internal teams and ODM/JDM partners, translates product vision into requirements, develops product architectures using MBSE, coordinates simulations and trade-off studies, ensures verification and validation, and leads and coaches a growing Systems Engineering team. The position reports to the local Systems Team Lead in Singapore or Malaysia and requires a relevant first degree, at least three years of systems engineering experience in product development, and experience with external development partners.
