Description
Parsons is hiring a Lead Systems Engineer and Architect to advise the Chief Engineer and program partners on technology adoption, mission alignment, and simulation environments; oversee MBSE documentation and architectural frameworks; support defense-system modeling and simulation; engage U.S. government customers; collaborate with Product Owners in Agile/SAFe; and translate requirements into technical specifications. The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, and 15+ years of software or systems engineering or technical architecture experience, including 5+ years in a principal, lead, or advisory role. The salary range is $157,500.00 to $283,500.00, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, and other benefits.
