Parsons is hiring a Lead Systems Engineer to provide coordinated communications integration support to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates THAAD engineering leads. The role covers systems and interoperability engineering, technical guidance on the THAAD weapon system, force design work, tactical data link architecture, international stakeholder coordination, technical review remediation, and communication of findings to senior decision makers. Candidates need an active Secret clearance, a STEM master's degree, at least 12 years of experience on missile defense or complex Department of Defense programs, THAAD and MILSATCOM experience, and strong system engineering and presentation skills. The position offers a salary range of $134,100 to $241,400 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
