AnaVation is hiring a full-time, on-site Lead Systems Engineer in Reston, Virginia to support a mission-critical government customer. The role leads AWS cloud modernization, Linux and Elastic development, cross-domain integration and automation, technology roadmaps, staffing and capacity planning, Agile delivery, and the performance management of 5–7 direct reports. Candidates need SCI eligibility, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, DoD 8570 IAT II and CSSP certifications, and extensive experience in classified government environments, cloud and Linux engineering, and systems integration.
