Description
The Boeing Company is hiring a Lead Systems Engineer to lead systems engineering efforts across new development, production, and sustainment programs for advanced defense and weapon systems. The role translates customer and operational needs into system requirements, guides cross-functional teams through requirements, interfaces, verification, and validation, performs reliability and safety analyses, leads design reviews and technical assessments, maintains requirements and risk processes, and mentors engineers. The position is 100% onsite in one of the St. Louis-area locations, requires U.S. citizenship and a U.S. Secret Clearance, and offers a base pay range of $136,650 to $185,150.
