Description
Research and analyze engineering requirements into operational concepts. Elaborate these concepts into top-level designs within the market-driven constraints of fidelity, quality, cost, and schedule. Plan, organize, lead, and participate in (1) the elaboration of top-level systems, software, and hardware designs into the detail design level and (2) the implementation of the detailed designs into the product. Test the product to these designs. Familiarity with the development of simulation models, software programming languages, hardware processes and procedures, and well-developed computer/network skills are required.
