L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Systems Engineer for its IR sensors business area in Mason, Ohio. The role leads technical planning, system integration, validation, verification, and systems analysis across the development lifecycle for EO/IR sensor systems, while serving as a technical point of contact for customers and suppliers and mentoring team members. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree with at least nine years of experience or a graduate degree with at least seven years, or 13 years of experience in lieu of a degree, plus the ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance.
