Description
Queue is hiring a Staff/Principal Systems Engineer to lead the architecture, safety, regulatory strategy, and systems-engineering culture for its fully autonomous robotic pharmacy. The role owns system requirements, interfaces, safety cases, hazard analyses, SOTIF methods, regulatory engagement, and quantitative trade studies across hardware, software, autonomy, operations, and pharmacy teams. Candidates need 8–12+ years of engineering experience on complex, safety-critical products, deep expertise in system safety and architecture, and the ability to set technical direction across teams.
