Description
Textron Systems is hiring a Systems Engineer to support unmanned surface vessel product development and contract programs. The role leads full-life-cycle engineering design and development, requirements analysis, systems modeling, trade studies, integration, testing, verification, risk management, and engineering analysis; develops systems architectures and concepts of operations; manages cost accounts and subcontractors; and mentors junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field with at least five years of related experience, or a master’s degree with at least three years, or a Ph.D. with up to two years. A Secret clearance is required, while Active Secret Clearance is preferred. The role may require travel up to 15% and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
