Description
Textron Systems is hiring an experienced Systems Engineer to support unmanned surface vessel product development and contract programs. The role leads full-life-cycle engineering design and development, requirements analysis, systems modeling, trade studies, integration, testing, verification, risk management, and engineering analysis; develops systems architectures and concepts of operations; manages cost accounts and subcontractors; and mentors junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. in engineering or a related technical field with the specified related experience, customer and multidisciplinary team collaboration, engineering leadership, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Active Secret Clearance is preferred and Secret eligibility is required.
