Description
Textron Systems is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support unmanned surface vessel product development and contract programs. The role leads full-life-cycle engineering design and development, requirements analysis, systems modeling, trade studies, integration planning, testing, verification, risk management, and engineering analysis; develops systems architectures and concepts of operations; manages cost accounts and subcontractor performance; mentors junior engineers; and supports program reviews and change processes. The position requires a bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. in engineering or a related technical field, with related experience varying by degree, and offers up to 15% travel.
