XTS is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to support the United States Census Bureau’s Geography Division and the Census Transformation and Application Modernization initiative. The role leads the transition of systems to cloud-native environments, oversees efficient workflows, maintains and improves current frameworks, and provides technical and management leadership. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, 15 years of relevant experience, cloud, Oracle, SQL, ArcGIS Enterprise, ESRI Suite, spatial analysis, and client leadership experience, along with ESEP certification and relevant cloud or Agile certifications. The position is contingent on contract award and offers a salary range of $145,000 to $160,000, with healthcare, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) matching plan.
