Lufthansa Technik AG is hiring a Lead Systems Engineer for Defense to select, design, develop, coordinate, and approve electrical systems for defense and mission applications under EASA/DEMAR-21J authorizations. The role leads development engineers and sub-projects, manages external procurement, and coordinates with OEMs, approval authorities, and other stakeholders. Candidates should have an engineering degree with an electrical focus, at least three years of EASA-DO-authorized development-engineering experience, strong requirements-based engineering and IT skills, and excellent German and English proficiency.
