Description
Lufthansa Technik is hiring a Lead Systems Engineer for Defense to select, design, develop, coordinate, and approve electrical systems for defense and mission applications under EASA/DEMAR-21J authorizations. The role advises development engineers, leads cross-domain sub-projects, manages third-party procurement, and coordinates external partners, OEMs, certification leads, and other stakeholders. Candidates should have an engineering degree with an electrical focus, at least three years of development-engineering experience under an EASA DO, project leadership experience, requirements-based engineering knowledge, SAP R/3, MS Office, and CAD/CAE skills, plus strong German and English proficiency.
