L3Harris is hiring a Lead Systems Engineer for an international assignment based in the Netherlands with a Rochester, NY location reference. The role will lead expansion of systems solutions in Western Europe’s communication modernization programs, focusing on transmission architectures, systems concepts of use, C4ISR solutions, and integration of radio products into unmanned platforms and third-party systems. The position requires a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret and NATO Secret clearances, and 9+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 7+ years with a master’s degree. The assignment is initially funded for two years with possible extensions and includes travel, customer-facing technical leadership, project planning, and cross-functional coordination.
