L3Harris is hiring a Lead Systems Engineer for its ISR Networks Systems team in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role supports program managers and program engineers, defines and verifies system-level requirements, documents system and interface specifications, performs laboratory testing and troubleshooting, and uses Earned Value Management Systems to manage engineering cost and schedule. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or another engineering discipline with systems engineering experience, at least 15 years of systems engineering experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
