L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Systems Engineer – Requirements & Integration for its VAMPIRE Counter-UAS program in Nashville, Tennessee. The role leads requirements development, trade studies, integration planning, verification and validation, technical reviews, and product lifecycle sustainment across hardware, software, and operational systems. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant systems engineering experience, DoD security clearance eligibility, and substantial experience with requirements management, risk management, and system integration and verification. The position follows a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off and requires travel of up to 25%.
