Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring an experienced Lead Systems Engineer to lead a multidisciplinary Systems Engineering team supporting the Common Scalable Signal Processor architecture. The role owns SE process consistency, requirements management, technical documentation and model-based systems engineering artifacts, test validation, DOORS data integrity, and team development, while coordinating with program, integration, test, and other stakeholders. The position is on-site in Liverpool, New York, requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of progressive systems engineering experience including 3 years in a lead or supervisory role, and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret clearance. The full-time salary range is $129,000 to $239,600, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
