L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Systems Engineer – Modeling & Simulation in Nashville, Tennessee, to support the VAMPIRE Counter-UAS product lines. The role focuses on digital engineering, performance modeling, Monte Carlo analysis, trade studies, requirements and verification, system integration, risk management, and technical documentation. It is a subject-matter-expert position requiring substantial systems-engineering experience, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, DoD security-clearance eligibility, and up to 25% travel. The role is contingent upon a program award and follows a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
