Description
L3Harris is hiring a Lead Systems Engineer in Plano, Texas to lead requirements, architecture, integration, testing, and sustainment for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platform capabilities. The role manages system requirements and traceability, conducts trade studies, supports hardware and software selection, develops verification plans, coordinates with customers and subcontractors, and mentors technical leaders. It requires an active US Secret security clearance or higher, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and at least 10 years of systems engineering experience in complex defense, aerospace, or ISR systems.
