L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Systems Engineer (Level 5) in Clifton, New Jersey to support electronic warfare and electronic intelligence programs. The role leads requirements definition, traceability, design, integration, testing, verification, trade studies, simulations, and program-level execution; represents programs to customers; mentors systems engineers; and participates in proposal activities. The position requires an active DoD secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree with at least nine years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with at least seven years, or thirteen years of related experience in lieu of a degree. The schedule is 9/80, with up to 10% travel, and the disclosed New Jersey salary range is $127,500 to $236,500.
