Description
L3Harris is hiring a Lead, System Engineering professional to provide mission engineering support for a Washington, DC-based customer. The role monitors and trends system performance, resolves complex spaceflight hardware engineering problems, collaborates with cross-functional teams and customers, and supports mission operations, CONOPS, technical analysis, specifications, design reviews, verification, requirements sell-off, and end-item data package generation. The position is based in Herndon, Virginia, follows a 9/80 schedule, includes on-call and occasional surge or shift work, and requires an active Top Secret security clearance and extensive systems engineering and space systems experience.
