L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Systems Engineer in Yorba Linda, California, to support digital engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering for flight test instrumentation involving underwater acoustics, telemetry, communications, data recording systems, and/or radar. The role includes requirements generation, system integration and test planning, interface verification, engineering documentation, design reviews, and coordination with engineering disciplines and external stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and 7 years, or 13 years without a degree, plus an active US Secret security clearance and 5+ years of direct engineering experience. The schedule is 10-hour days, four days per week, and the California salary range is $127,500 to $236,500.
