L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Systems Engineer - Datalink in Greenville, Texas to serve as a senior subject matter expert for Link 22 tactical data link systems. The role covers architecture, requirements, design, configuration, integration, testing, performance analysis, and training for airborne and maritime platforms, including hardware and software components, data flows, and related software tools. The position requires an active US Top Secret/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate engineering discipline with at least nine years of relevant experience, or equivalent graduate-degree and experience alternatives, plus extensive tactical data link and systems engineering experience. The schedule is 9/80, with 10% travel.
