Description
L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Systems Engineering - Solipsys in Rockwall, Texas, to support the requirements, design, development, test, and integration of complex hardware and software systems for ground and airborne ISR and communication platforms. The role serves as the primary C2 product owner, integrates and configures Solipsys mission software for airborne weapon systems, manages exportable configurations, translates operational concepts into requirements, develops subsystem specifications and test plans, and presents capabilities to customers. The schedule is 9/80, with travel ranging from less than 10% during software development to more than 50% during integration, testing, and delivery. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology or a graduate degree with related experience, at least 9 years of relevant experience, Solipsys systems engineering expertise, OpenShift experience, ATO experience, Security+ certification, and DoD Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility and U.S. citizenship.
