Description
L3Harris is hiring a Lead Systems Integration and Test Engineer for its Space and Mission Systems organization. The role leads verification and integration testing across the product lifecycle, including spacecraft buses, payload integration, communications, functional and environmental testing, test documentation, troubleshooting, and support through final sell-off. It also manages cost, schedule, and earned-value inputs and mentors engineers. The position is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana or Palm Bay, Florida, on a 9/80 schedule, and requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of engineering experience or a graduate degree with at least 7 years, plus 5+ years of systems integration and test experience.
