Description
The Lead Teacher will implement the AEA curriculum in a nurturing early-childhood classroom, conduct child assessments, communicate with parents, and support children’s social, academic, and adjustment needs. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and organized classroom, planning and delivering lessons, preparing instructional materials, assisting with meals and diaper changes, and completing required paperwork and meetings. The role requires the teacher to be at least 21 years old, hold a CDA or higher in early childhood education or complete 45 hours of training, and have classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility.
