Description
The Early Childhood Teacher leads and mentors assistant teachers and classroom aides, develops and evaluates age-appropriate lesson plans, maintains a safe and engaging learning environment, communicates with parents, collaborates with staff, and complies with Michigan licensing standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, either one year of licensed child-care experience or a CDA credential, required training, background-check eligibility, CPR and First Aid certification, and the ability to work with children and families. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with possible adjustments for staffing needs.
