Description
The Lead Teacher is responsible for the overall operations of the classroom and provides a high-quality education and care for children under the supervision of the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager. The Float Lead Teacher will provide classroom coverage across multiple age groups and locations as needed, ensuring consistency of care and instruction when regular staff are absent. Key responsibilities include supervising activities, maintaining communication with families, planning curriculum, assessing children, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The role requires knowledge of early childhood development, strong organizational skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing classroom assignments.
