Ebenezer Child Care Centers is hiring a full-time Lead Teacher to lead early childhood classrooms, develop developmentally appropriate lesson plans, foster safe and inclusive learning environments, mentor assistant teachers, communicate with families, assess children’s progress, and maintain compliance with regulations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field, or an associate’s degree with significant experience, plus prior lead-teacher or equivalent leadership experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and background and health screening.
