ECEAP, a state-funded program established over twenty-five years ago, supports vulnerable children and families facing challenges such as homelessness, poverty, or involvement in the foster system. The program provides nurturing, inclusive classrooms without excluding children due to behavior or disability. The Lead Teacher position involves creating a positive learning environment, collaborating with educators, parents, and school staff, and implementing innovative practices aligned with performance standards and policy procedures.
