Description
The employer is hiring a Lead Teacher for a child care center. The role leads preschool classrooms, creates interactive learning experiences, mentors teachers, manages classrooms and curriculum, supports children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth, and communicates with families. Candidates must be at least 18, have classroom leadership and lesson-planning experience, meet applicable education and childcare requirements, and be able to work indoors or outdoors with children. Compensation is $20.37–$21.16 per hour, with full-time medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and education assistance.
