Description
KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers; implement its curriculum; create a safe and nurturing learning environment; partner with parents, center staff, licensing authorities, and community partners; and support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals. The role requires customer service, organization, multitasking, an active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy, state qualifications, and CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
