OHCAC Head Start is hiring a preschool teacher to support children birth through five years old across eight learning centers in Marion, Morrow, Crawford, and Richland counties. The role involves creating nurturing learning environments, developing developmentally appropriate indoor and outdoor activities, collaborating with a teaching team, supporting parents, and connecting families with community resources. An associate degree in Early Childhood Education and experience teaching preschool-age children are required; a bachelor's or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or coursework equivalent to a major is preferred. The position offers base pay of $19.51 to $28.88 per hour and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
