Description
The Lead Teacher supports the Area Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and delivering expanded learning programming for children and youth, including after-school, weekend, and intersession activities. The role supervises and coaches Associate Teachers, monitors classroom instruction and student safety, maintains student records and program reports, supports recruitment and parent communication, and serves as a liaison with schools and community agencies. Candidates must meet one of two education or permit pathways, be bilingual in English and Spanish, communicate professionally, and be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
