OHCAC Head Start is hiring a Head Start Teacher to support preschoolers in eight learning centers across Marion, Morrow, Crawford, and Richland counties. The role involves creating nurturing learning environments, developing and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, collaborating with a teaching team, engaging families, and connecting with community resources. An associate degree in Early Childhood Education and experience teaching preschool-age children are required; a bachelor's or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or coursework equivalent to a major is preferred. The position offers base pay of $19.51 to $28.88 per hour and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
