Description
The Lead Classroom Teacher leads an assigned infant-through-pre-K classroom at Biltmore Church’s Arden Campus, providing developmentally appropriate care, learning experiences, supervision, and personal care while supporting children’s physical, cognitive, language, emotional, social, and spiritual growth. The role also guides classroom assistants, maintains licensing and safety compliance, documents child development, communicates with families, and participates in training and professional development. It is a full-time, non-exempt position paying $19 per hour and requires prior experience in a licensed childcare setting, NC DCDEE Lead Teacher qualifications or willingness to obtain them, and active involvement in a local Bible-teaching, Gospel-centered church.
